Chanty Loops Creations takes pride in quality. Returns are available upon prior discussion of concern, and approval from myself that product is defective, is in need or can be repaired. Shipping cost is in hands of buyer, repairs are free! Refunds are issues upon necessary requests, though I've never been faced with this instance yet!
